so day 4.. happens to be the 4th of february which happens to be my birthday.
so today started off with my dad calling me to wish me a happy birthday. i so love hearing from him.
i then finished getting ready for work. i wasn't at work long when this wonderful young man surprised me with a visit at work and whisked me off for an Americano at Starbucks. I have such a wonderful son. Work was work and then after work my wonderful wife took me out to Racine's for one of the most amazing suppers you can imagine. i had the best warm goat cheese salad you could ever imagine followed up by a risotto lobster dish and then a white chocolate creme broule. all of this accompanied by a nice glass or two of white wine. i received some really nice gifts which was a minor part of this fantastic day. turning 43 is definitely a remembrable day for me. and one of the thoughts running through my head is how very sad it is that my mom never got to see this age. She passed when she was only 42. Mom i love you and i miss you every single moment of every single day. So this day ended with me completing todays challenge; what do you have the most of in your stash and then use it. i chose to scrap with my scraps. that is what i have the most of.
