late night crop at APOS!

What better way then to spend an evening then with a great bunch of scrappy ladies. I had such a great time last night and it was fantastic that SuzyQ decided to join us. She managed to get FIVE pages done.. can you imagine. So what did i do... two.five.. that would read two point five... that is it!!! i spent most of the night on this first layout. you see my son is turning 20 in 7 more days. I am okay with it but it is so very hard to believe. he is no longer going to be a teenager. maybe it is just me but it is a huge milestone. I wonder as he is growing older how my mom must of felt. i so badly sometimes want to ask, to talk to her, to hear her stories of me and my siblings.. but as you know i can't. And that my folks is one of the main reasons i scrap book. I want my son to know how much he is loved and what his mom is all about.. sorry.. this is not what this post was suppose to be about. so enough said. here is my first layout from last night and oh but of course it is all Tim Holtz products!!
The journalling reads. "I can't believe the time has come that you are turning 20".

the second layout i did is one of the first of many that i will be doing of my marathon. Remember that!! holy it seems like it has been bang, bang, bang..stuff happening with me. i have so much to catch up on i sometimes am overwhelmed where to start.

so in this layout it was the point in the marathon that i first saw John and Lau waiting for me. it was a welcome site to see that they had made it over to the Island to see me through this journey!!! Monkey had a chocolate milk for me and Lau a fruit roll up. they are such good thoughtful I am going to say it, kids!!!

so the final layout last night that qualifies as the point five is this one. it needs work. i have 67 photos to scrapbook from the photo shoot with Sandi so i should be getting to fussy i suspect but.. i just can't help it.

so folks that is it for today. i am working on some other things and have some exciting news that i hope to be able to share in the near future.... til then...

HAPPY SCRAPPING!!!
