Ezee Pzee Dezign Team Reveal/Hop

Welcome to the very first Ezee Pzee blog hop!
If you arrived here from Rena  then you are on the right track. If you’ve arrived here by accident, then go here Ezee Pzee Facebook page discussion  to start at the beginning. I think you're really going to enjoy seeing the new products from Ezee Pzee as well as the exciting projects that the Dezign Team has made.

To participate in the blog hop (and maybe win some candy) is ezee! Visit each design team member's blog and leave a comment. You will get one entry into a draw for some pretty amazing blog candy just for visiting and leaving a comment at each Dezign Team Member's blog. Posting the picture of this candy on your own blog, along with a link back to Ezee Pzee will earn you another entry into the draw (just make sure to leave a comment letting us know that you added the link!).

Do you want to know what you're hopping for? Take a look to the right .. isn't that a fantastic prize pack!!

For my project, I chose to combine 3 loves; my family, Ezee Pzee and Tim Holtz products.

We were given these supplies:

and here is a run through of what i created (picture heavy!)

When i first started doing the whole mini album I was struggling because I don't do mini albums. The last time i was given an Ezee Pzee project mini album kit I turned it into a calendar!!! So for me to sit down and figure out what to do with this wonderful product well...like i said i struggled. I knew the theme was to be My Family but which family do i chose. my immediate, my extended, my family of friends.. and what pictures would I use and and and....(the pictures in my mini were all taken by the talented Sandie Dunn!)

So i sat down last week and knew i had to start somewhere and honestly it came to me in the song that kept running through my head by Bruno Mars!! that is exactly what i think of my family, including myself.. we are amazing and wonderful and perfect in our own way so here is my project.

so we were given a feather.. how to use a feather.. To write my story how else!!!! the little bottle is filled with black paint from the Ranger Paint Dabbers and the feather will come out!!!and the little flower, it is made with the wrapping that the wonderful package came to me in!

the lyrics that kept running through my head

a piece of slate.. hmm.. we are strong, solid and a touch on the hard side... perfect !!

all sayings, stamped images belong to Stampers Anonymous!!!

and i loved using my dyno machine for all the journaling lines!

the ribbon on the side of this page... it is the ruler ribbon from Tim Holtz line.. i just used the back instead

a piece of 'wheat' is another ezee pzee product we were given which is kind of funny. I have celiac so wheat is a no no for me....i thought this was a perfect saying to go along with it. I eat for my health.. if others understand and get it good.. if not no matter, i do it for me!!

All papers are from the Tim Holtz line Lost & Found!

now these little flowers.. how freakin cute did they turn out!! i used picket fence crackle paint on two and Tim Holtz Mustard Seed  distress ink covered in glossy accents.. perfection!

November 18th.. my mom and my son share this birthday. These two pieces of ezee pzee were perfect. Nanny had told me once that my mom was born on a beautiful fallish day and my monkey, he chose the first ice storm of the year!!!

isn't the paper rosette by Tim  a wonderful thing!

these corner accents.. well it was really hard to decide what exactly to do with them... i wanted some for every page!!!! aren't they spectacular! once again, a bit of distress ink  followed by a splash of glimmer mist and a lot of glossy accents!!!

the first thing i saw in this swirl was a swan!!! i used picket fence crackle paint with a bit of linen distress ink to colour and a gem for  an eye!!

i absolutely love the Tim Holtz Fanciful Flights! butterfly

this adorable little flower had so much added to it, wiped off and then more added but I LOVE how it finally turned out.. the sparkles are a bit of stickles wiped across into the crackle paint/glimmermist/gesso !!!

this flower you have to feel it to get it totally!! it is covered in distress embossing powder faded jean!!! love it!!
and of course the leaves, ezee pzee leather.. aren't they gorgeous!!

i stamped a Tim stamp and then used THOSE PAINT THINGIES to colour it in. isnt' that cool!

A Tim Holtz Ornate Plate frame filled with glossy accents !

this little 'tree' needed nothing more then a tad of sparkle. it is beautiful just as it is. so i only added a bit of rock candy crackle to it!!

and i made this one to match as it was on the back of the original tag!

I am not sure if this little ezee pzee swirl was something you would notice. it is such a cute little piece. i covered it in aged mahogany distress ink and covered in icicle stickles!!!

my last ezee pzee item to use was the leather. I had thought of using it to tie it all together but i may be (okay i will be )adding more pages and tags to this wonderful album so i needed to use rings. So i added a Tim Holtz Curio Knob to it and tied the leather to the back ring and just looped it around to the front!!!

so there it is..my amazing family album. i hope you enjoyed going through the many pictures (i did warn you it was picture heavy!!)as much as i really enjoyed making it.

i have added links to various places to show you the actual product but i want to encourage you to shop at your LSS!!! Our local is A PILE OF SCRAP! and the owner Alissa can work magic. if you want anything, hop  on over to the on-line store, APOS!  If you don't happen to see what you want, contact her directly either by email or by phone.
